Hi, I’m Alicia, the heart behind Alicia Nicole Coaching. For years, I knew God had placed something inside of me, but I wrestled with fear, insecurity, and the belief that other people were more “qualified” than me.

I started this work because I got tired of watching women sit on their God-given gifts—just like I used to. Now, I help women turn past traumas and disappointments into fuel for their purpose so they can walk in clarity, commitment, and confidence.
